   Conditions of use:

The company shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused to any person, property animal or thing

whatsoever, arising from the carriage, use or handling in any way of the goods hereby hired even though such loss may result from

negligence of the company, its carriers or agents and the customer will indemnify the company in respect of any claims for such loss or damage.  All articles should return clean and dry, otherwise additional charges will be made.  The customer is responsible for the goods hired from the time of leaving the company’s premises until their subsequent return. 

Delivery charges are additional, stamp duty and GST are inclusive and  labour is additional if required to be so.  Please check all goods on delivery for number and condition.  The company acknowledges receipt of the goods listed on invoice, and agrees to

conditions specified hereupon.  Breakage fee will apply for any lost or damaged goods. The customer is

responsible for fuel, oil and lubricants during the hire period.
